Cette cold IPA mériterait quelques réglages pour être entièrement attrayante. Le visuel est sur un blond limpide avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanche d'1 cm d'épaisseur. Le nez est très orienté sur les herbes avec en complément agrumes, mangue et pêche. A la dégustation on retrouve à l'identique un houblonnage à cru trop développé. L'attaque vive en amertume est plaisante. Mais à partir de la seconde bouche, l'IPA devient agressive et moins plaisante. L'alcool, à 6,5 soutient bien la structure. Le final pour sa part, étrangement neutre, surprends. A peaufiner.

A small taste @ the flagship Alko, press blind tasting. Pours slightly cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is bitter malts. Flavor is bitter malts with a hoppy finish. Quite one-dimensional. Drinkable.

Can. Almost clear light golden, almost no head. Doesn't look like a Weizen really. Sweet wheat, light lemon, soft yeast, light hoppy. Medium sweet, light bitter and tart. Just medium bodied with low carbonation.

Caña en el Lupulo Feroz Oviedo 05..01.. 2024. Color negro con espuma bastante oscura. Sabores intensos tostados, torre factos y secos amargos. Cuerpo medio a intenso con bastante sabor. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda.

Lekko siarkowe, ziołowe, zbożowe, jakby delikatnie estrowe, trochę kwaskowe na finiszu. Barwa słomkowa, opalizujące, piana redukuje się do niskiej, delikatny lacing. Goryczka zaznaczona, ziołowa. Jakoś taki lagerowy kolsch wyszedł ale nie jest złe.

Jak na NZ to bym powiedział że oczekiwania miałem większe jako fan NZhops, chmiele weszły mało intensywnie i praktycznie bez nafty, piło się lepszego Nelsona. Poza tym mało puchate, w nosie pierwszy plan owoce leśne w smaku kwaśne cytrusy dominują z tyłu czerwone owocki. I ten Hallertau blanc w NZ, rozumiem że na goryczkę ale....
