lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo oro velato, al naso è lieviti belgi spezie succo di pera zucchero filato miele frutta candita, in bocca è bella speziata piena avvolgente pesche sciroppate succo di pera coriandolo miele note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonatazione moderata, dolce amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. 18/6/2025. Can from Arbiter Bibendi, Pescara. Pours hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, wheaty, herbal, coriander, orange peel, grapefruit, yeast. Quite a sharp citric taste initially, slightly sherbety, with mild bitterness, and mellow sweetness coming through. Moderate body, a little foamy. Refreshing wit.

On tap. Sentori di frumento vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine fini. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. L'aroma in bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frumento, frutta secca e luppolo.

On tap. Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è secco e pulito. Il tetto della bocca porta i segni di miele, spezie,, cereali, frutta secca, luppolo e resina.
