In 2017, Quentin, Philippe, and Bertrand gave birth to this little "hen"! It was in Montpellier, in the Hérault department, with its feet in the sand, its ridge buffeted by the Tramontane and Mistral winds, that La Girouette took flight at aperitif time!

​In 2021, the winds changed, and the little "hen" continued its quest alongside Nicolas Vellas, a creative winemaker and owner of the Vignobles Vellas in Teyran. He gave a new style to the most French of Montpellier's craft beers.
