Cloudy reddish honey yellow with a one finger tall fizzy head that diminishes in seconds. Nose: lactic acid, wheat, buckwheat, light yeast, distant strawberries. Light body, lively carbonation. Taste: moderately sour. Pronounced lactic profile. Buckwheat. Fruity notes including strawberry. Somewhat strange. Well-drinkable nevertheless.
