pours hazy light yellow with a huge craggy head. Seems over carbonated. Aroma is cardboard and earthy, lightly citrusy hops. The flavor is, as expected, on the bitter side. It’s earthy and lightly citrusy. It’s pretty light bodied with malt subdued and somewhat grainy tasting.

Why, in God's name, do I keep doing this to myself. Oatmeal stout is a no bueno.

Can pour courtesy of Steve! Opaque dark brown with tons of sparkle, frothy head with good retention and nice soapy rings of lacing. Aroma is earthy roasted malt, oats. Taste is an initial tart (fruit) quality with later earthy malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, weird tart finish as taste. Either this is super old or this is the rare poorly executed stout.
