Smell of straw, some raisins. Hazy dark amber colour, tiny beige head. Aroma of malt, metal, red berries, some raisins in finish. Lightly bitter, lightly sour. Lively carbon. Light body.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle, a gift from my friend's brother. Pours a dark amber colour with a small white head. Aromas & tastes of herbs, spice & sweet malt. Very interesting & enjoyable beer.

Bottle from Hopt. Highly spicy and herbal aroma with malt, caramel, literally a load of different spices, picking up a lot of thyme and sage. Light floral hint. Flavour is sweetish with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Borders on being too heavy on the spices for my taste, but I dig the local character of this beer. Fun.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is grainy with dusty straw and soft floral-ish hops. Hint of grass and citrus. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Body is light and weak. Aroma is kinda decent but flavour and body leave much to be desired.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear golden colored brew with an dry sweetbitter taste and some hints of caramel, citrus and thyme. Appearance of this beer is genuine Mediterranean like some French microbeers with thyme i tried before.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear amber colored brew with an sweet bitter taste, herbal hints likes an Arabian herbmarket (anise, thyme, sage and mint). Interesting beer devolopment from this part of the world.
