A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with light peated notes, light grassy hops, light acidic notes. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with loads of burned wood barrel, light agave, light acidity, interesting. Bottle at Callejon 7B.

El Trappist, CDMX bottle: pours ever so slightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is flowers mostly but hints of bubblegum. Fresh flowery taste. Light bitterness. Solid WIPA.

Bottle from Benito Juarez Airport, Mexico. Pours inky black with large foamy beige head, mocha aroma, low carbonation, lightly sweet bitter chocolate taste with alcohol undertones, thick body, medium bitter mocha finish. Quite passable sweet stout, needs more character.
