Citrus komt flink door. Verder behoorlijk bitter in de afdronk. Kan ermee door.

Ze hebben er inderdaad wat mezcal in gegooid. Merk je vooral in de nasmaak. Maar het is gewoon een matige porter.

BB 22.08.2018. 7.5% ABV. black color, small coffee colored head. smells very earthy, lightly smoky, light peat, bitter herbal, light ash. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, coffee, bit leathery, ashy, rather peppery, almost like a chili burn, tequila like, herbal, grassy. finishes rather dry with lightly roasty bitter with notes of earth, ash and peppery notes. Quite nice one, good complexity but not super easy to drink / almost a bit harsh. Overall I still quite like it.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light peated notes, roasted coffee, light boiled veggies, so-so. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with light fruity esters, light licorice, alcohol warmth, decent. Bottle at Casa Oaxaca.

A reddish copper ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with light butterscotch, grassy hops, light mineral notes, light vanilla, OK. Bottle at Casa Oaxaca.
