Biere dorée relativement trouble. Mousse peu persistante mais jolie dentelle. Nez sur les fruits avec une arrière odeur un peu désagréable indéfinissable. Amertume assez vive, bouche bien exotique et parfumée, qui ne retrouve pas cette odeur désagréable et c'est tant mieux.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Opaque dark brown, good frothy tan head, dissipating slowly, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malt, grain, coffee, cocoa powder. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roast, grainy, coffee, chocolate. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry malty sweetbitter aftertaste, coffee and chocolate notes, very nice.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tulip glass. Brilliant copper colour, good frothy off-white head, dissipating quickly (alas), light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, raisins, dates, herbal notes, some liquorice, alcohol notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, dark fruits, light liquorice, toffee, overripe fruit notes, herbal notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, malty backbone, fruity notes, light herbal notes, bit alcohol in the finish, nice.

opalescent orange to amber colour, large, dense yellowish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruit, some floral-honey, fruity and minimal celery notes; greatly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and spicy-horseradish-like aftertaste; oily mouthfeel; really good IPA

33cl bottle from naturéO organic food store in Champigny, France. F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: malty, toasted tones, citrus, onion effect, orange, bit tropical fruits. T: medium malty base, orange, bit grapefruits, biscuits, roasted onion, nice balanced bitterness, light tropical fruits, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed.
