Bottle sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fleshy, skin & core, woody. Taste is sweetish, tart, fleshy apple, green apple, skin and apple core, with some acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Peterley Farm Shop, 12/11/22. Clear golden with a white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is crisp apple, apple skins, faint sugar, orchard wood. Taste comprises tangy bitter sweet apple, tannins, apple core, straw. Medium bodied, fine to spritzy carbonation, semi drying close It's fine ... middle of the road affair.
