11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear dark golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is sweet apple, slightly twiggy, citric, caramel, brown sugar, baked notes. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness and light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice drying and lightly bitter finish. Very nice.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Deep orangey amber colour, no head and aroma of apple, wood, orchardy, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, caramel, with alittle tart acidity and drying tangy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of smokey wood barrel, oak, funk, apple. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, wood barrel, oak, smoke, phenolic, leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Clear golden to light copper with little in the way of ahead. Nose is crisp apple, light sugars, straw, apple pie. Taste comprises apple pulp, straw, modest sugars, tannins, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough drop.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is mellow, sweet, apple, fruity, ripe, with some soft tannin. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
