BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of fruit, apple, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity, appley, with some fleshy tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Orangey gold colour, bubbly head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, with some tart acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet tannic finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Clear orangey gold colour, bubbly on top and aroma of apple, fruit, caramel. Taste is sweet, fruity, ripe, apple, funk, with balanced acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Clear golden colour, bubbly head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweet, apple, ripe fleshy, fruity, stone fruit hint, with some light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Nicely drinkable

2/1/2023. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours almost clear golden amber with a few small bubbles. Aroma is earthy, apple, root veg, parsnips, wood, cinnamon. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Light dryness to finish. Quite enjoyable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Orange gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, oaky, acetic funk hint. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, spicy, with woody oak, orchardy, and some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
