330ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, blackcurrant. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, blackcurrant, custard, with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet & tart blackcurrant acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweet, juicy apple, tropical fruit hints, with ginger, pepper, spices, wood and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet & drying apple & ginger finish. Quite OK.

Taste is sweet, appley, strawberry, jammy, with some zingy lime citrus acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet and drying strawberry & lime finish. Quite OK.

Taste is tangy, tart, appley, apple pie, caramel, vanilla, woody, with oak notes and some drying spicy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear, spritzy, very pale golden with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is tart apple, quite floral, light sulphur edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, quite fizzy.
