Bottle at home, ohh 2 liter of goodness. Darker cola cola coulored, small to no head. Aroma is malt, rye , rye bread, sugar, sweet, raisins. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, raisings, bready. oh very good.

Large bottle, cola coloured, aroma is honey, bread, malt, rye. Taste is the same, sweet, honey, malt, rye, bread. quite enjoyable.

Molasses, rye malt, licorice, cherry, and hay/grass aroma. Dark brown with moderate but short-lasting tan head. Very sweet cola, molasses, rye malt, and lightly bitter fresh hay/grass flavor. Good body - light carbonation. Pleasant.

gefunden in einem russischen Geschäft in der Nähe der Wiener Westbahnhofes, das interessanterweise keinen Alkohol verkauft (da der Besitzer nicht will, dass sein Heimatland immer mit Alkohol in Verbindung gebracht wird). Wenn man denkt, dass man Kwass/Kvas nicht noch süßer machen kann, der soll einmal dieses Honig-Kwass probieren, das übrigens für den deutschen Monolith-Konzern gebraut wurde. Es ist nicht nur picksüß, sondern hat auch noch einen intensiven Honiggeschmack, der auf dem Etikett angekündigt wird. Allerdings findet sich Honig nicht auf der langen Zutatenliste und so ist es ein ordentlich chemisches Gemisch. Es ist nicht primär schlecht, sondern einfach nur zu süß und chemisch, aber ich kann mir denken, dass es seine Freunde finden wird. Allerdings ist mir ein klassisches Kwass (das ja auch schon verdammt süß ist) lieber, aber ich plane es nächstes Mal wirklich mit richtigen ukrainischen Honig zu verfeinern (immerhin ist die Ukraine der größte europäische Honigproduzent).
