Salted stouts more often than not dominate the flavor for me (with salt) but this is delicious! Balanced chocolate and salted pretzels, caramel and coconut. The nose is all barrel too. So good.

Wow what an incredible amount of chocolate booziness from all barrel, like bourbon brownies, lordy! Caramel oaky chocolate galore.

Pint at the brewery - mostly opaque pour - heavy on the coffee without being overly acidic or bitter - notes of chocolate, espresso, blueberry, vanilla - traditional british malt structure and hop profile (yay, fuggles!) is still quite present alongside the coffee - lightly acidic finish balances the moderate sweetness through the middle - creamy texture, medium body - pretty solid rendition, this.

Pint at the brewery - light hazy light gold - lively carbonation and a well-sustained head - nose is bright, fruity, herbal, peppery - clean, medium-bodied - light honey sweetness up front leads to a dry and bitter finish - fresh, vibrant flavors of herbs, citrus, pepper - super clean and tasty.
