Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in manier elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear blonde with rich white head, impressive lacing, and aromas of citrus hops. Lightish body and mouthfeel for its style, leaves a pleasant but not as strong aftertaste of citrus peel, maybe oranges, and sweetness from malts. Refreshing and drinkable, ok choice for a hot summer night. Bravissimo to Liguria for its local craft scene!

on tap bel ambrato quasi limpida schiuma piuttosto abbondante persistente lieve maltato tostao lievito nota fruttata cereale note terrose buona secchezza amaro abbastanza contenuto non molto aroma
