Keg at the brewery, 6.13.21. Clear copper large creamy off-white head good retention. Aroma of toffee, cherry, raisin. Taste is cherry, plum, toffee, molasses. Crisp, tad bit thin. Nice beer, very drinkable.

Keg at the brewery, 6.13.21. Very hazy dark orange, thin head decent retention. Aroma of tangerine, passion fruit, mango. Taste matches. With peach. Low bitterness, juicy. Could use a touch more bittering hops, but still pretty tasty.

Keg at the brewery, 6.13.21. Hazy orange thin frothy white head good retention. Aroma of citrus, mango, Rhubarb, pale malt. Taste is rhubarb, dandelion mango, pale malt. A little muddled, but pretty tasty.

Keg at the brewery, 6.13.21. Hazy yellow large frothy white head good retention. Aroma of leafy hops, grain. Taste is grain, honey, floral hop. Crisp. Nice.

On tap at Bar Brava. Pours a clear gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and a hint of sweet grains with a bit of grass underlying. Flavor combines light sweet grains and straw with a bit of grass and hay in the finish.

The aromas are mild fresh citrus hops but in the flavors the citrus is diminished and pine resin comes forward. A little more bitter than sweet but satisfying. Good body, carbonation with a slightly warm finish. Decent West coast style but nothing really stands out.

The aromas are mild malt with hints of toast and toffee. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side, balanced with a little bitter and carbonation. Very mild, unremarkable slightly sweet beer.

Traditional Kolsch style beer. Aromas of bread, yeast and a little hops. Flavors are similar to nose, a little sweet at first with some bitter coming on and then a little more sweet in the finish. Good carbonation, body and of course easy drinking. Nice beer.
