Almost black color, rather low foam. In the aroma: chocolate, light plum, roasting. Unfortunately, there is also a distinct smell of wind. Very sweet, with a slight, but clearly defined bitterness. Amber color, high head, quite steady. Strong orange aroma with a companion of bubble gum. Greatly balanced sweetness and bitterness. Oily in mouth. Not too much carbonation. Almost full body. It's a little bit watery, but it doesn't bother much.

Dieses Bier ist ein Bier, das mit vielen Gewürzen -vermutlich aus dem nahegelegen Nationalparks- gebraut wird. In meiner Kindheit hat meine Mutter öfters aus allerlei Unkraut wie Brennnesseln, Gänseblümchen, Löwenzahn, machmal Melisse etc. eine recht wohlschmeckende Suppe gekocht. Und genau so ähnlich schmeckt dieses Bier. Dazu kommt beim Bier eine leicht grasig-hopfige Note mit etwas Pfefferminze, Maggi dazu. Das Bier kann mich aber nicht wirklich begeistern, da es einfach zu sehr nach kalter Kräutersuppe schmeckt. Wem so ewas gefällt, hat auch mit diesem Bier seine Freude.

Soweit mich mein Übersetzer nicht täuscht, heißt das Bier Brauerei Gesundheitswesen - Notaufnahme. Keine Ahnung wie man darauf kam - aber Bierproduzenten sind ja kreative Leute; und den Schmäh mit Bier+Gesundheit sieht man ja öfters. Man bekommt ein zwickel-artiges Ale, das naturtrüb und hefig kommt. Dazu ein paar Gewürzaromen im Abgang, die aber nicht allzu tief gehen. Lässt sich angenehm trinken, aber nicht allzu tiefgreifend.
