Flat Grisette? Banana notes, funky Saison yeast. Everything is there except the mouthfeel, which fails miserably. Almost there. Low carb.

Tap at Fermentorium. Nectaron is a such a great hop, love to see it shine unencumbered by Citra. Orange, grapefruit, peach . Simple and sweet body, not my thing, but a single hop Nectaron is a winner most times

Tap at Fermentorium. Honey is an acceptable adjunct, white tea just isn't. Borderline offensive aroma. Flowery and odd. Amateur hour Belgian beer, still fun to try once.

Tap at Fermentorium. Classical IPA, nice hop.depth, has some body, ruggedness. Not perfect, but enjoyable enough.

After seeing this on tap at the Drunk Uncle for the better part of a year I was concerned it would be pretty bad. Pleasantly surprised to find out that this is quite solid and enjoyable still. Coffee is bold, steady. Base Stout is rich, balanced. Good stuff.

Tap at Fermentorium. File under: Crime Against Humanity. Disturbing amount of flavor stains the palate. Just all around gross flavoring vanilla tinged disgustingness.

Tap at Fermentorium. Sort of flat, bitter. Grapefruit pith. No real quality honey or rhubarb tone. Weak, flat mouthfeel. A mess and a failure of a beer.

16oz can. Big, malt liquorish IPA. Deep, resinous hops. Sugary alcohol notes. Just not enjoyable to me. Decent bitterness, but the alcohol is just harsh and dominating.

Tap at Fermentorium. Deep malt tone. Thick, rich for the style. Pretty delicious malt display. Nails it for the style.
