Can thanks to Kyle! Pours a near clear amber brown with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bread and a light roast with some spruce and a hint of smoke underlying. Flavor is quite bready with a touch of smoke, roast and a hint of floral spruce backing.

Keg at Boiler Room Fargo, 8.10.20. Clear dark brown, red highlights, thin tan head, good retention. Aroma of cocoa, roast, lactose. Taste is toast, dark chocolate, vanilla, brownie batter. Almost too sweet but just enough bitterness to balance it. Medium bodied. Nice.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2020. Pours a very pale yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has tart lemon and a bit of citrus rind with wheat backing. Flavor is a bit more wheat forward but has citrus rind and tart lemon in the finish.

Sample from the firkin at Happy Gnome. Pours near black with a bubbly brown head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has sweet dark grains, a bit of roast and some mole spice underlying. Flavor is more mole forward with sweet dark grains, a bit of roast and some pepper warmth.
