Tap at 2025 Beer Expo. Dirty brown color, not so pretty. Very spicy nose, lots of chai spice, cinnamon, tumeric, cardamum, some coffee notes, citrus and lactic acid. Tart and very spicy flavor. Quite sour indeed, with some roasty notes and chai spice. Weird but interesting and not bad but slightly crazy.

Extremely tart. Great fruity stuff.

Quite authentic maybe. Little bit of sweetness. But decent kolsch feel.

Most critical point about this beer is they need to reduce the adjuncts. oMG the clove and pepper dominate everything. You can hardly tell what is the base beer but I actually like the base beer which is clean and lightly hopped. I do like this though

Loads of booze, almost vinous. Not much matcha.

Can’t taste the strength so a bit dangerous. Nice roast and light sweetness. Lightest hint of cinnamon which I only got later. Good stuff.

Nice stuff. Says hazy but doesn’t have the rotten thickness. Touch of it maybe later on but the apple rules. Pleasant funkiness to it.

Bit of a disappointment. Kind of grape soda flavour and no hint of saison.
