Brewery "Craft Brewing Company", founded in April 2018. in Tashkent is the first craft brewery in Uzbekistan. Due to marketing ploys, many people get the impression that craft beer is a premium beer that is sold only at inflated prices that are affordable for the upper middle class consumer.
This is far from true. Craft beer is beer brewed by a private brewery, for which, compared to mass-produced beer, the main concern is the quality of their products. Our brewery is an indicator that beer brewed from high-quality raw materials can be sold at the most affordable prices. We use raw materials imported from Belgium and Germany.

Draft sample at Pelikan Brazeri 24/7, thanks! Cloudy golden orange color, off white head. Aroma of fresh bread and light spice. Taste is only slightly sweet, bready, haystacks and straw. Best kvass I've had in Uzbekistan so far.

One liter plastic bottle at Pelikan Brazeri 24/7, unfiltered version. Deep amber brown color with slight haze, large off white head that settles to an edge. Aroma of lightly toasted caramel. Taste is sweet carmel on toast, dry finish. OK

Tap at Pelikan Brazeri 24/7. Solid dark brown color, light beige head with good retention. Nice roast aroma and flavor, sweet and malty, comes together nicely. Good one

Draft at the source. This was listed on the menu as Belgian Wheat, same abv as the Briz, so hopefully they are one and the same. Hazy yellow color, white head. Light spice aroma. Taste has citrus, spice, raw bread dough. Nice

Draft at the source. Clearish deep golden color, fizzy. Apple flesh aroma and taste. Lightly sweet and very fruity. This one is different than their Cider Brut in a bottle, although the abv is the same.

Draft at the source. Dark brown color, scant light beige head. Big dark chocolate aroma. Taste is earthy earthy coffee grounds and unsweetened cocoa. Tasty stuff.

Bottle from Pelikan Novomoskovskaya. Deep almost opaque dark red color, pink head with good retention. Aroma of pure cherry juice. Taste is sweet cherry juice. More of a fruit beer or fruit juice rather than a lambic.

Bottle from Pelikan Novomoskovskaya. Bottled 19 Nov 22. Clearish to slightly hazy deep amber color, dense off white head with good retention. Aroma of earthy toasted malt. Taste starts with sweet malt, then light earth, then a bitter finish. Messy. 2.8
Re-rate 25 Nov 22. Draft at the source. Bright stonefruit aroma. Taste is lightly bitter fruit. Much better on tap.
