Clear dark brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: very peated, some caramel, smoky, malty, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sweet up front, pretty bitter, good roast, alcohol, rather peated, smoky, hoppy, dry, a bit thin and watery though. Aftertaste: caramel, a bit sourish, malty, alcohol, more peat, sweet touch, bitter, dank chocolate.

Tap at Brewski. Weird one. Rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Light bubblegum. Light sourness too, light bitterness, light sweetness. Good but not great, rather average actually.

Tap at Brewski. Tbh there is a lot of oxidation going on here, and besides that, classic amarillo-ish resinous piney grassy zesty hops character. Just not the best piece this one here, feels like it actually made the journey through the sea breeze and came out of it scarred.

Tap at Brewski. The yeast work in this beer is definitely not the top of the game. There is an earthy-flowery profile, definitely due to in part Magnum - which really has no place in a czech pils, although not the most serious of offences. But there is also light phenolic character and some faint apples. Overall it's not the cleanest. Not terrible, but not great either.

Tap at Brewski. The smoke is not only beech, but also got a phenolic peaty part. Either that, or thefe are phenolic yeasty byproducts. But it seems to me like peat. There are also some apples. Not the cleanest this one, that is for sure. Not bad, not great either.
