trade with kimjohansen long time ago. Best before 28 apr 2010, tasted 16 jul 2011. clear brown/amber, smooth offwhite head. aroma of cola, slight citrussy note, aroma resembles cola-wine gums.flavor is cola, faint malts, sweetness. a bit sweeter than the aroma. basically a boring coke. It aged well, didn’t taste old at all.

Bottled, gift from friend. Yellow color with medium white head. Aroma, grain, toasted bread. Taste, light in hops and malt. Short bittersweet finish. As usual nice bottle from Weldebrau, but otherwise nothing special.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white white head. Aroma is moderate lemon, lime. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, citrus, cardboard, vegetable. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110417]

at jesper’s tasting. cloudy yellow , smooth large white head. slightly flowery aroma, wheat, flavor is slightly flowery sourish, wheat, yeast, quite a lot of relative bitterness for a hefe. overall a bit weak and boring.
