Pours a hazy amber, almost coppery color, topped with a medium sized, just slightly off-white head, semi-lasting. Some sweet fruity notes, peach and similar, with some malty backbone and quite notable resin presence. Moderate bitterness with some malty back, slight warming alcohol, slight sweetness and a medium dry finish. Strong tasting, but still a bit mellower than some other hardcore stuff. Nicely drinlable.

Pours dark brown, bit of beige foam. Aroma is soft and sweetish, covering roast and milk comes out in the front. Taste is soft and sweetish, along with milk silkiness and bitter milk chocolate. Pretty nice example of a style, drinks much easier than its 8,1 percent would allow. Linger has some cocoa and residual sweetness.

Thanks jinroh for sharing the bottle! Poured into a wine glass showing coffee foam and translucent brown. The nose shows coffee bean and light adzuki bean. The palate is moderately carbonated but smooth bodied. Coffee flavors throughout with light caramel notes on the mid-palate.
