On tap at Casa Bruja, pours a cloudy bright pinkish amber orange with a small white head. Aroma has gently tart and fresh raspberries, light coriander, and some saline. Flavour is dry and tart, with bright raspberries, gentle tartness, a touch of saline, and maybe a hint of the coriander. Pretty well-made for the style, with the fruit well-expressed and fermented out well. Good.

On tap at Casa Bruja, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has slightly stale C-hops, biscuity malt, and some doughy notes. Flavour is better than expected, with gentle pine, biscuity malt, and a touch of doughy notes. Not the brightest hop expression but the structure is solid. Pleasant enough.

On tap at Casa Bruja, pours a dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is gently hopped, with some piney hops and crisp bready malt to back. Flavour is very mild, with soft, earthy, piney hops, and crisp bready malt. I always want more hops in something like this, as this is pretty tame. But it’s fine.

Refrigerated 12 oz can poured into a glass. Opaque light orange with big white head. Aroma is guava, medium body, medium/well carbonation, and nice lacing. Taste tart guava and salt. Nice gose.
