Soursop (sour citrus), salt, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with explosive but short-lasting head. Mildly sweet-sour soursop, lightly salty, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. A very nice combination.

Guava, salt, biscuit malt and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with giant white head. Light sweet-tart guava, coriander, malt, mild salt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. A very solid Gose.

From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear gold with a huge white head. Aromas are raspberry and grapes. Flavors are sour berries.

12oz bottle from Brewers Haven. Initial pour was almost all head, eventally settles out. Pale yellow with a consistent fizz. Tart aroma, soursop. Taste is both heavy on the tart and the salt. Cactus, soursop flavors and some sweetness.

12oz bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet honey floral notes some ginger and herbs. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey tart notes and a herbal spice.

Bottle/Fest. A- Toast, cereal, fruity. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Tart, acidic, fruity. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly tart finish. O- Seemingly complex for a gose. Some mild salt and tart. Not sure what soursop really tastes like but it gives off a general citrusy flavor. Decent.

On Tap at PreFunk Nampa. Deep dark brown pour, thin fine tan head. Big cocoa and whoppers in the aroma. Rather dark bitter and roasty with lote of dark choclate in the flavors. Some coffee as well. Not nearly as sweet as the aroma suggested.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Madalin. Bottled 29/4/2019, BB 29/9/2019. Dorée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est houblonné assez classique, rappelant les bonnes IPA US, rétro sur notes de pamplemousse et finement herbacé. Petite note rétro-nasale de grains concassés et malts. Palais est léger, pointe d’agrumes - pamplemousse, petite fin sèche tirant sur l'herbacé et ponctué en toute fin par un léger tropical.
