--Sample, thanks AndySnow. --Lemony honey aroma. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. A lot like tart mead made from tropical honey with a bit of lemon squeezed in. Low bitterness.

0.75l bottle, ginormous thanks Zhenya for sharing this with us! Honored to try both of Panama's best to be hones, as the two Lados were both fantastic! This one had a hazy, muddy even pale ochre body, and no head. Elegant oaky, citric aroma, bit herbal, just light hoppiness, the Nelson having probably subsided some. The smooth, juicy taste reveals more oaky, herbal notes, light tartness, ending bitterish. Just pleasant, elegant, well balanced. It actually beat the bottle of HF Arthur we had just after it squarely. That's how good it was! Though Arthur probably wasn't in the best of shapes heh.

On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of green tea upfront, with gentle honey and some rustic saison notes. Flavour is quite tea-like, with plenty of green tea, fermented out honey, some oak, and gentle rustic notes. The adjuncts work cohesively, giving a tea-like, earthy, tannic finish. Good stuff.
