Draught @ the taproom (September 2021). Faintly cloudy lemon yellow with a small foamy whitish head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter taste with stale citrus peel flavor, thin watery body, long finish. Not very remarkable.

Opening Bash 2023. Pours orange. Orange, grain, booze, vanilla, strong booze. Medium body. A bit much.

Draught @ the brewery. Murky brown with reddish tint against the light, large spongy beige head, faint caramel aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish caramel taste with roasty, spicy flavor, thin body, longish finish. Not bad.

Draught @the taproom. Inky dark brown with large spongy beige head, roasted malt aroma, low carbonation, mildly sweet roasted malt taste, smooth thin body, long finish. Nice, but not very dry.

Draught at Blocktoberfest: pours orange with white head. Aroma is grass, pine and citrus. Taste is malty and bitter. Fine. Still this is a huge improvement from a year ago.
