Clear bottle 20 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with a reddish hue and close to no head. Aroma is heavy xmas spices - cinnamon and cloves sticking out - and booze. Rich, fat - and flat - body with loads of gingerbread notes. Very sweet and "christmasy", and will probably get extremely cloying in bigger quantities. Warming, boozy finish. 221214

Clear bottle 20 cl. Pours a clear amber with no head. Aroma is syrup and vodka. Fat, syrupy body, hardly any carbonation. Sugar, molasses, vodka and higher alcohols - although appears bottom fermented. Clearly more Stalinistic Malt Liquor than Barley Wine. 221214

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Stas. Clear pale golden. Candy apple and strawberry aroma. Sweet candy-ish flavor of apple and strawberry and a faint tart hint. Light-bodied, a bit sticky. Quite candy-ish but still alright.

500ml brown bottle shared by djoeye. Stable chalk white head to a slightly unclear golden coloured body. Mid-sweet aroma of honey sweetness and dusty hops. Taste of bread, honeyed fruits and mild citrus shells to the ending. Medium bodied. A fairly drinkable, different brew (Tromsø 11.11.2014).
