Relativ süßer, mild herber Beginn. Süß apfelig und eher dumpf bleibend, süffig, mittellanger Abgang. 8/6/7/6//7

# 2513; 7/2021. Fresh sweet apple, honey and slightly tropical fruit in aroma. Brilliant gold body. Soursweet, fruity, slightly spicy. Very good cider. 0,7 l, bottle, cider bar, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle at Cider Show. Assertively sweet, but also sporting a rich and unique character. Very tasty, lightly carbonated as all of them. Great.

Bottle at Cider Show. Slightly buttery aroma and taste, ina pleasant applish way though. Medium sweetness, remains easy drinking though, sessionable. Thinnest in character amongst the three tried so far though. Good one.

Bottle at Cider Show. Paradoxically finishing drier and longer than the dry (suchý) version. Bearing the same handiwork in character, though different technology used does show. Actually slightly spicy in the middle. Very tasty.

Bottle at Cider Show. Feels surprisingly well rounded, along a perceived sweetness much higher than residual sugar hjnts. Actually resemblant of sidras character-wise. Rich, tasty. Very good.
