Tasting glass draft @ Drugie Dno as "Circus Cider Sweet Dancer". Very pale golden. Nose is far too sweet, very heavily so, big white sugar cider. Taste is extremely sweet white sugar, sweet indeed as suggested by the name, all candy & white sugar, no real apples. Body is the same. Way too sweet for me, you can drink it.

Bottled@Craft Beer Helsinki 2016. Slightly hazy yellow colour with a small head, which disappears quickly. Aroma is sweet ripe pears, some apples, mild sugary notes, but also a bit wooden notes. Flavour is pears, some green apples, mild sugar as well as some slight wooden tartness and mild earth.

Bottled. Pale yellow colour with minor head. Aroma is green apples, some slight floral notes along with mild earthy and sulphury notes. Flavour sweet apples, some green apple skins as well as mild earth and some tartness to it. Rather simplistic.

Bottled@Craft Beer Helsinki. Very pale colour, not much head. Aroma is appleskins, vanilla, wood and some floral notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some apple skins and also quite watery, considering it’s 7.3 % abv.

Bottle @ cbh 2016. Poured light straw color, no head. Ripe pears, apples in aroma. Dry. Nice green apple flavors, sweetness.
