Brewery draught, 1/20/23. Near concrete with some deeper maize. Fluffy, off-white head, strong retention. Spicy and grassy, with papaya and lemon-orange. Cracker and biscuit malts quite strong. Lime, pineapple, strong bitterness, maybe a hint of oxidation or something weird going on here. Tastes like an old can, though it's on tap. Overly bitter, not all that much flavor other than bread and yeast. Texture is excellent and good attenuation.

Brewery draught, 1/20/23. Clear brassy-blonde. Small, white head. Fresh, lightly waxy yeast with crisp herbal and grassy hops. Quite clean with light biscuit and cracker in support. Soft and malty, dry and grainy with great texture and low but ample herbal hops. There's a strong earthiness to the yeast(?) with a light creaminess lingering. Maybe flaked corn? Clean and drinkable.

Can pour at the brewery, 1/20/23. Moderately hazy, very light peach-apricot. Small, white head to ring. Nice and juicy with light melon, apricot, fresh squeezed citrus and light white bread like malt. Balanced, no resin or alcohol. Soft, juicy, malty and very fruity with melon and grass. Light pine bitterness on the finish balances somewhat. Very clean. Tons of citrus juice and still has decent bitterness. Tends a bit sweet.
