Tap @ Café Albert. Hazy dark brown without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 091124

Tap @ Cafe Albert. No head. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich candy sugar, malt, dried fruits and little warming alcohol. Nice warming finish.

Draught @ Cafe Albert. Pours very dark brown with a very small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, maple, whisky. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, bread, raisins, maple, bourbon. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 091124
