Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is thicc maltose, raisins, chocolate, caramel, nice barrel character. Taste is the same, good caramel&vanilla barrel and a boozy warming finish. Really good Barleywine, albeit really sweet.

Tap. Deep brown color with beige head. Aroma is sticky rye whisky, nutty (cherry stone), marzipan, quite a different take on a Baltic Porter. Taste is the same, very marzipan, rye, boozy finish. Sticky, low carbonation, but tasty!

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dark sugars, light roast and molasses. Flavour is full of intense dark sugars, molasses, and deep roast. Thick, viscous and not entirely cohesive. Good but could be better.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes and light biscuity malt. Flavour is washed out, with herbal notes and straw. Way under-hopped, lacking crispness and just generally not hitting the right notes. Meh.
