Tap at the Prague castle fest. Misty golden body, white head. Heavy tropical aroma, passionfruit and light sulphur. Lean taste, sulfury, tart, light passionfruit. Sadly, more than a bit messy.

Dieses Bier, das sich den Namen Fischer 🐟🪱🎣 gibt, ist ein hausgebrautes Zwickl, das aber so urig ist, dass es schon zu muffig und erdig wird. Kann man probieren, aber es gibt bessere.

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Patrick. Aroma of caramel, honey and flowers. Pours clear amber color with medium sized soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy and caramelly, following is honeyish, herbal and floral, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Shared bottle. Reddish color with pinkish head. Cherry peel, phenol, a light lactobacillus infection. Taste is cherries, astringent, harsh bitterness, probably infected by lactobacillus.

Das zweite Bier der Brauerei aus der Plastikflasche kam bei meinen Mit-Verkostern weitaus besser an, als das sehr urig-buttrige Elfgrädige. Es ist trotz stärkerer Brauart sehr süffig und leicht zu trinken -ein wirklich schönes Vollbier, das sich durch mäßigen Butterbeigeschmack auszeichnet. Es wird mit rauchig-torfigen Aromen geworben, diese fad ich allerdings nur in Ansätzen. Druchaus gut zu trinken, aber nicht zu speziell.

EIn Bier, das ich aufgrund der 1l-PLastikgroßflasche mit der Familie teilte, wobei es aber außer mir niemenden wirklich geschmeckt hat. Das liegt daran, dass es einen intensiven Buttergeschmack hat, der meiner meinung aber noch als angenehm zu emfinden ist, aber offensichtlich nicht der Geschmacksnorm entspreicht. Daneben hat es klassischen getreidig-toastigen-Aromen hat wie ein klassichesn frisches WIrtshausbier. Aufgrund des Namens Včelař, was von Včelka = Biene kommt, dachte ich, dass es sich um ein Honigbier handelt, was es trotz der Biene am Etikett aber nicht ist.

75cl bottle. A almost clear dark golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of sweet and bitter breadish malt, grains, spicy hops. Taste of grainy malt, bread, spicy hops, biscut. Mid bitter finish, high carbonation.
