This one’s brewed for Papi’s Pizza though I found it at Spoke & Ivy, another local restaurant with the same owner.
Mostly clear amber pour with a dense, lasting light tan head. Smells of herbal, earthy hops and a little caramel malt. The flavor is moderately bitter with earthy hops and caramel malt. Quite good.

pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is of spicy yeast and banana. The flavor is of wheat malt, peppery yeast, and banana. Pretty good wit.

Pours near black with a small light tan head. Very rich coffee aroma. The flavor is of roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. This is a coffee stout that’s really big on the coffee and more specifically espresso. Very good.

Pours clear gold with a lingering white head. Spicy yeast and malt. The finish is a bit dry. It’s a serviceable saison.

Pours slightly hazy orange-gold with a lingering white head that laces heavily. The rich aroma is of tropical fruit, passion fruit comes to mind, and piney hops. The flavor has good, crisp hops with tropical fruit, caramel malt, and resinous hops. Medium bodied.

Pours a clear copper with a lingering white head. Smells of caramel malt and citrus and pine hops. The flavor is a well balanced blend of caramel malt and citrus accented hops. Medium bodied. Solid pale.

Pours lightly hazy gold with a lingering white head. Smells mainly of passion fruit with some mild berries. The flavor is lightly tart with passion fruit, some mild malty sweetness, and a little raspberry. Fairly good.

Pours a clear amber copper color with a lingering off white head. The aroma is caramel rich and a bit fruity. The flavor is of sweet caramel malt and a certain spiciness. There's mild hops bitterness. It's a well balanced, good alt.

had at Salvatori's in Fort Wayne. Solid - classic lager. Extra points when local beers are made for local restaurants.
