Taste comprises green berry must, funk, grains, hay bale, light citric possoi. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Tasting at Matt's, tiny corked bottle
Pour a flat, dense, oily, black liquid. Aroma of herbs, Amaro (bitter liquor), wood, some dark fruits/berries, touch of honey. Oily and thick mouthfeel; dark malts, chocolate, barrel, dark fruits, touch of tobacco in the finish.
Interesting, I wish I could drink a larger sip.

Tiny bottle. Pours a really dark brown with no head. Aromas of chocolately balsamic vinegar.. Flavors of sour roasted malts. Smooth and creamy. Not bad.

100mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Nose is loaded with intense balsamic vinegar, with a touch of syrupy honey, and plenty of strange spices. Flavour is along the same lines, with heaps of balsamic upfront, tempered a bit by a touch of honey, and some molasses. Very unusual and hard to rate given how strange it is. I can't give it as high a rating as the average rating here suggests, but it's certainly intriguing and a pleasure to sample.
