Inky dark brown, with no evident carbonation. The nose does have some soy sauce, some muddled spice, and he odd sugary note. Quite bitter, really herbal, but there's also quite a bit of sugar. This has a character of like a bitters. One of those products that pushes the boundaries of what you can call a beer, but overall quite interesting. The rich inkiness is distinctive, along with the slightly tarriness, and then the fruity, spicy character in the finish is fascinating.

Bottle - Light soy, sour notes and balsamic. Inky brown with no head. Soy, umami, balsamic and sort of syrupy. Odd and frankly maybe some better understanding or context would change my appreciation.

Barwa czerwonomiedziana, piana skąpa. Niesamowicie ciekawy, intensywny, złożony aromat. Cytrusy, czarna porzeczka, wanilia, nuty funky, stajnia, czerwone owoce, czerwone wino, kawa, lambikowa octowość, lekka dymność. O dziwo świetnie wkomponowała się kawa. Bardzo zbalansowany zapach. W smaku czerwone owoce, wytrawne czerwone wino, czarna porzeczka, dużo nut stajennych, funky. Wanilii ani kawy w smaku nie czuć. Goryczka niska. Wysycenia kompletnie nie ma. Kwaśność na średnim poziomie. Piwo na początku sprawia wrażenie słodkiego, po czym przechodzi w dość mocno wytrawne. Alkohol wyczuwalny, rozgrzewa w przełyk. Niesamowicie bogate w doznania. Moje pierwsze wymrażane piwo zapamiętam dobrze :)

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, coffee, sweet licorice, light alcohol.
