500ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish fruity and slightly lactic aroma, notes of red berries in general with sweet aspects of pulp and tart aspects of fruit acid, hints of cranberry with the typical slightly artificial sugary touch may have a certain predominance. Taste is tart, lactic, tangy, hints of sauerkraut, sherbet-like, fruity hints of red berries; prickling carbonation. Very refreshing, nice summer drink, could be a tad more fruity for my personal liking.

0,5 flaske fra Beer and the Bean (Isafjordgade, København) i lejligheden mai-18: let uklar kobbergylden med godt skum der varer. Bergamotappelsiner (ingen tvil om at de har forsynt seg rikelig i Earl Grey-boksen!), jordaktige toner, våt barskog og (den nesten obligatoriske) grapefrugten. Fyldig og samtidig let drikkelig med en interessant eftersmag - og en tør bitterhed (tanniner fra theen?). Et spænnemde og anderledes øl.

500ml bottle. Clear, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity, citrusy hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, notes of lemon tea, lemon ice tea, black tea. Taste is slightly perfumed, herbal, citrusy hoppy, notes of black tea, lemon tea, lemon ice tea. Interesting and yummy.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Bottle with wax that is beyond stupid. Impossible to remove. Pours dark brown. Aroma is sweet, vinous-meady, herbal, spices, booze. Flavor is sweet, bitter, black bread, herbs and spices, roast, chocolate. Finish is acidic-black bread, roast, chocolate, bitter. Overall: more weird beer syrup than proper beer, but I like it.

Cóż nie ma się co rozpisywać nad kolejną interpretacją IPA , to co ją wyróżnia to bardzo intensywny aromat i smak olejku bergamotowego, piłem już wiele ipa earl gray ale żadna nie była tak intensywna Panakeja smakuje jak mistyczne lekarstwo, daje bardzo ciekawe doznania, solidna goryczka, ziołowość...pycha

Butelka, po terminie. Złote, klarowne. Piana niezbyt obfita, redukuje się do obwódki. W aromacie lekka stajnia i taka sadowa owocowość, ale też skojarzenie z mokrym, gnijącym drewnem. W smaku bardzo wytrawnie, winnie, plus powtórka z tej owocowości: nie wiem jak smakuje tarnina, ale domyślam się, że to ona, mam dalekie skojarzenie z wiśnią. Nawet zauważalna, choć niska goryczka. Wysycenie iście szampańskie. Fajny, ale mało intensywny dzikus.
