Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A hazed reddy. Pink coloured pour with a lasting light pink head. Aroma is tart red berry blackberry, light funk. Flavour is composed of dry tart red berry cranberry, mineral, flint yogurt funk. Palate is uber dry, flint, highish carbonation,. Decent. Good fruit character.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy red with a foamy, pink head. Smells just like cranberry juice. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, more fairly straight cranberry juice. Light bodied with moderate carboantion. Clean finish, more fresh cranberry, modest bitterness. Fun.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A light hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a a lasting thin white head. Aroma is bug bretty funk, tart pineapple, sour grains. Flavour is composed of spicy sour, lacto and little spicy vinegar. Palate is prickly, highish carbonation. Dry. Spicy finish.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Tangy lemon aroma, dry wheat. Light sweet flavour with mellow brett funk, slight acidity, grass, hay. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean finish, more grass, melon, hay, wheat. Nice.

Butelka 330ml (BB 20.12.2018). Torf rządzi w aromacie i ciężko doszukiwać się jakiś innych nut choć pojawia się delikatna słodowa, ciasteczkowa słodycz. W smaku również torfowe ale bardzo gładkie z wyraźną słodyczą na finiszu. Gęste, aksamitne, lekko alkoholowo-rozgrzewające, bardzo przyjemne w odbiorze mimo sporej dawki asfaltu i słodyczy.

Bottle with expiry date 10.12.2018. Black colour, frothy brown head that does not stay long, fair lacing. Nose is intensive dark chocolate. Mouth is intensive dark chocolate, also something strange like white wine, a bit of ash. Alcohol is present, but does not disturb. Medium bitterness, no sweetness, even a bit too dry. Full body, really thick texture. Really decent massive imperial stout, but it’s a bit not in my taste.
