Bottle 500ml. [ As Olimp Demeter ].Clear medium to dark orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, butterscotch notes, light to moderate hoppy, marmelade hops, citrus - lemon grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, marmelade hops, light citrus - lemon grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Very dark brown body, with a big, dense, lacing, dark beige head.
Aroma of bacon, caramel, biscuit, roast, some cocoa.
Tastes of caramel, honey, bacon, coffee, cocoa, wood.
Medium to light, slick mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes smooth, roasty, a bit dry, with coffee, smoke, wood.
Very nice. Enjoyable combination of smoke, sweet malts and roasty notes. Maybe a bit too sweet, but overall still well balanced.

Butelka 0.5l (22.11.2015). Piwo klarowne o słomkowej barwie z białą, gęstą, zbitą pianą, obfitą i trwałą, genialnie malującą szkło.Aromat delikatny, świeży, orzeźwiający z wyraźną wędzoną (dymioną) nutą. Bardzo wyraźnie zaznaczona chmielowa goryczka. Piwo bardzo lekkie ale w żadnym razie nie wodniste, orzeźwiajace z wyraźną nutą wędzoną, delikatnie musujące, lekko wytrawne, bardzo pijalne, idealne na letni upał. Bardzo dobry balans pomiędzy wysyceniem i orzeźwieniem a nuta wędzona dodaje piwu pełności.

Bottle. Aroma dark fruit, plums, decent smokiness, roasted. Clear very dark colour. Stable head. Taste is smoky, roasted, surprisingly rather thin bodied. Long ashy finish. Could use more sweetness, it is thin and dry. Overall good though.
