750mL bottle at Station 1280, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is funky and rustic, with lots of barnyard funk, some lemon peel, and leather. Flavour is funky and rustic, with lemon peel, gentle funk, maple syrup barrel, and oak. Lemony, maple syrupy, and dry oaky. Interesting stuff.

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC). Tart and funky farmyardy with some earthiness and rustic notes, hints of sourness.

Bottle. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is barrel funk, saison, peach, maple indeed. Taste is maple and saison funk, dash of lambic character, pretty bretty, weird combo. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Weird combo.
