Taster from 0,75l bottle at Hops 'n More, Leuven. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells funky, grassy, earthy, light dill, spices. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, grassy, wood, some maple, light chocolate. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of maple, wood and spices. Rather decent, but not totally my thing, a bit weird

Bottle, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 05/05/2023. [#6.256 Global - #258 Belgium - #1 De Circus Brouwerij (My Belgian Brewery #102)] Pours orange with a lacing white head. Aroma: plums, funk and wood. Taste: funk pear, wood barrels and wild yeast. Lovely acidic mouthfeel Next one please!

750mL bottle at Station 1280, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is funky and rustic, with lots of barnyard funk, some lemon peel, and leather. Flavour is funky and rustic, with lemon peel, gentle funk, maple syrup barrel, and oak. Lemony, maple syrupy, and dry oaky. Interesting stuff.
