Description

The 3 Locks Brewing Company is situated in Camden Market Hawley Wharf, in a 5,300 sq ft unit within the historic railway arches. Founded by Marinos Alexandrou, co-founder of the award-winning Aegean Brewery 56 isles, 3 Locks will bring a range of new craft beers as well as collaborations from its sister brand. 3 Locks will add another distinctive element to the destination, curating tastes inspired by its hometown, Camden.

On tap at 3 Locks Brewery, Camden on 24th July 2026. Deep brown with shallow, pale tan foam and full lacing. Roasted malt aroma. Leafy hops, roasty and nutty malts, and a savoury transient in-mouth. Nutty and roasty finish. Light bodied with A zingy mouthfeel.

Draft at the brewery. Opaque brown. Thin off-white head. Aroma combines praline and added dusty cacao with a berry sour edge. Flavourwise the sour streak is most prominent over a praline and mocha base with added caramel. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable dark lager.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy pale creamy yellow. Thin white head just sticks to the rim. Aroma has sweet fondant bananas with a citrus burr and herbal edge. Flavourwise it's got a dry sourness. Underlying sweetness - more of those fondant bananas. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Not quite on style but it's decent enough.

Keg at the brewery. Ever so slightly opaque amber. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has resin and caramel with a herbal hint. Flavourwise it's got medium bitterness (resin and herbs) with an underlying caramel sweetness. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable Westie.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. Opaque-hazy gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. Underlying yeast. Flavourwise it has a tart citrus (lime) streak. Underlying low key sweetness and a hint of yeast. Light. Thin. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Slips down.
