12 oz. can shared by Chalumeaux, thanks for the chance. Poured a clear gold bidy slightly thicker looking with an average sized foamy white head. Aroma, and flavor is the same.

Aroma/flavor of grapefruit, dry toast, caramel malt. fDecent body, average carbination, a tad bit much on the caramel sweetness for my own tastes. Drinkable.

Can. Clear deep garnet with a small tan head.. The aroma has some roast malts that are almost smoky, dark caramel. The flavor has a rich nutty roast malt character. Slightly bitter. Flavorful mild.

Nice. I don’t like comparing beers to other beers, but having had this, by coincidence, side by side with SNPA, I have to remark on a great deal of similarity between the two. The main difference is that because this was local, it felt fresher (ymmv of course) and had a slightly more prominent hop nose and flavor, sharper hops too, a little piney on top of the citrus. Slightly more bitter. Commenting on its own merit: its a nice pale ale. Nice hop presence that doesn’t overstate it, keeping in the pale ale realm and not IPA. Bready clean malts. Balanced. Very drinkable.
