Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep goldeny colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is diacetyl, toffee, super buttery with some sweet malty tones to it. Flavour is metallic, some diacetyl, mild toffee, some buttery maize tones. Some metal in the finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! --Clear amber, mid sized head. Chalky nose with caramel and distant citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Caramelly malt. Mild citrus. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle from fonefan, thanks! Clear amber beer with a white lacing. Aroma of dried fruits, apples, yeast. Taste of herbal malt, spices, yeast, some dried fruits.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy and almost opaque reddish with a tiny, off-white head. Aroma of forest berries and tart apples. Light-bodied, quite fizzy with a base of tart apples. Rustic aroma of berries, but quite downplayed compared to the nose. Dry, fizzy, tart finish. 071123
