Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, belgian yeast like, anis seed, staranis, X-mas spices, clove, dark malt, sweet dark malt. 14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours clear mid-brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, nutty, biscuit, slightly stewed and veggie edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Slightly oily, average carbonation. Tasted better than aroma.

11/1/2023. Bottle shared by G&E at Ølhulen, many thanks. Pours deep mahogany brown with a nice side frothy beige head. Good looking beer. Roasted, malty, chocolate, caramel aroma with light spiced notes. Perhaps a little thin but otherwise good.
