Panimon tarkoitus on tuottaa pieniä sekä vaihtuvia tuote-eriä, joiden valmistus tapahtuu opiskelijoiden toimesta. Tästä on kehkeytynyt myös Kupittaa Campus Breweryn sloganit, ”Beer by the books” ja ”opiskelijoilta opiskelijoille”. Opiskelijoiden sekä oluiden vaihtuessa myös tekotavat vaihtuvat, jonka takia jokainen tuote-erä on uniikki.

Smell of malt, cereal. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of malt, hay, faint hoppy undertone. Flat carbon. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Pure but nonsurprising.

Can (thanks Sami Äyräs!). Hazy amber colour with a small foamy/creamy head. Aroma is floral, some herbal and mild spices and yeast. Flavour is fruity, floal and some mild spicy and yeasty tones. Slight tartish tones lurking, but not disturbing, yet.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Cloudy pale amber, lively head. Yeasty nose with honey and cooked vegetables. sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Baking powder and overripe fruit, honey and bread. Minerally finish with low bitterness.

Canned at RBESG 2023. Dark amber with off-white head. Caramel, watery, sweetish, not much going on here.

Canned at the RBESG grand tasting 2023. Hazy amber-brown body, off-white head. Flowery, herbal and alcoholic aroma. Flowery, lean taste, caramel, and that's pretty much it, quite okay overall!
