Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.07.2025) im 2025-08 getrunken. Dieses bronzene Ale kommt mit einem dominanten Kokos-Aroma daher. Die Südfrucht-Aromen folgen dann. Alles sehr intensiv was dadurch schon etwas künstlich wirkt. Spannendes Sommer-Ale!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.11.2028) im 2025-08 getrunken. Dieses Stout kommt mit kräftigen Kaffee-Röstaromen und leichte Note von grünen Paprika und Robusta-Säure daher. Aber weder von Whisky, Bourbon Vanilla oder Oak ist irgendwas zu entdecken. Ein solides IStout.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.03.2026) im 2025-08 getrunken. Diese trübe, purpurne Ale kommt mit einer deutlichen Erdbeer- und einer Art Kokos-Aroma daher. Leider gesellt sich am Gaumen eine merkwürdige Note von Plastik dazu. Auch wenn diese Fehlnote zwar nur schwach ist, kann man das Ale noch gut trinken. Aber die wunderbare Erdbeernote allein kann dann mich nicht mehr zum Jubeln bringen. Schade!

Bottle from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours opaque dark brownish black with tiny light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, syrup, chocolate, coffee, prunes, raisins, and hints of nuts and biscuits. Taste is very sweet, medium bitter, light acidic and light salty. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, syrup, fudge, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, redcurrant, hot chocolate with whipped cream, salty liquorice and hints of Vegemite. Very nicely balanced yet also nicely complex.

Hazy muddy yellow colour with large fluffy head.Aroma is fruity of lactose and mandarin good taste of crispy fresh hops mild and juicy overall beer nice by style.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with large white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, apples, Belgian yeast, cloves, coriander, orange peel, banana, nutmeg and hints of iron. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, and light acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and acidic with notes of malt, caramel, spice, orange peel, overripe apples, and yeast.

Taste is very sweet, light bitter and very acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium to very bitter, light acidic and faint salty. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with notes of grapefruit, resin, spruce, melon, grass, hibiscus, coconut, latex, and hints of turpentine.
