Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is lactic, phenolic and some rubbery tones with well some yeasty and coriander tones. Flavour is coriander and very messy. Not that impressive.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, dried fruits, mild toffee and some mild caramel sweetness to it. Flavour is caramel, mild rubbery and some phenolic tones with a bit metal and some dried fruity tones. More like a Belgian easy going bruin than a Saison.... so not the cleanest brew, but gets away with it, atleast so far.

--Bottled. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Vinegary nose. Puckering sour with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric and vinegary with sour fruits. Citric finish.

Bottle. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, zesty, some mild salty and mild tart tones. Flavour is mild tartness, some wood, zest, citrus and mild herbal elements with a bit of salt to it.
